Who you're working with

Howdy, I'm Rhett.

I'm a lifelong outdoorsman from the Texas Hill Country. Most weekends you'll find me knee-deep in a river with a fly rod, rowing my raft down water I haven't fished yet, or in the woods with my family.

During the week I run operations and customer support for a software company that serves roofing and restoration contractors. Nearly nine years of that means a lot of time on the phone with business owners who are too busy to deal with tech. I get it. You'd rather be working, or out on the water.

Fly fishing taught me what good work looks like: be patient, pay attention to the small stuff, and show up prepared. That's how I build websites. You get one person who picks up the phone, not a ticket queue.
